This report provides an update on recent non-market housing projects on these city-owned sites, which will result in a total of 1,040 units (plus additional units for the Sunset/Kincaid site) with the city's financial contribution of approximately $172,438,000.

Affordable Housing Society for the development of a new non-market housing project at 3838 Hastings Street.
